Beautiful handmade blown glass bird by contemporary Finnish artist Oiva Toikka, who passed in 2019. A design legend, Toikka created an iconic collection of Iittala glass birds in 1972, which combined his passion for nature and blown glass art. Each bird has its own personality, making it a one-of-a-kind art object. Handmade and mouthblown at the Iittala Glass Factory, the collection fuses glassmaking traditions and Toikka’s partnership with his master craftsmen.
