A Wonderful New York Bluebird 520/1250 CORNING USA Oiva Toikka Nuutajärvi glass bird NIB Ltd. First class, signed O Toikka Nuutajärvi 520/1250 so it is made only in Limited Edition of 1250 pieces and this is piece number 520. Will be delivered in it’s origninal Iittala box. It has never been on display, only stored since purshase in it’s box. Now it’s time to let go of this beauty. It’s truly beautiful, I believe the new owner will be very please with it, has deep stunning blue colour on the back and side and tail. A bright orange tone on the chest with white finish. The head is darkblue and the beak is black. The chest is big and round, it has eaten well. Around 14cm x 11cm. Around 4.3inch x 5.5inch. Is an older item. Will be delivered inside it’s original Iittala box. Reflections of the day light can be seen in the pictures as lighter spots. I wrap well with double boxes and lots of soft materials inbetween. They are broad-chested with a short neck, and medium-length tail. Adult males are black and white with a brilliant red chevron extending from the black throat down to the middle of the breast. When designing this creation, Toikka focused on pure color saturation to mirror that which is found in nature. The emphasized, natural tone beak is pronounced with goldish-brown luster details on its back to add special character to this robust bird. Limited edition of 300, each bird is numbered.
