I-color series was a set of 4 different colors used by Iittala in 1950’s. The color series was invented by Timo Sarpaneva but many designers of Iittala used the colors to design thin glass items. These colors were Purple, Blue, Gray and Green. In 1960’s gray and green were discontinued. Purple and blue color was manufactured through 1960’s. Lintupullo is a Finnish name for Bird Bottle. Designed by Timo Sarpaneva in 1956 and manufactured in Iittala Glass Factory until 1968. In great used condition with only small signs of use. No glass sickness, no cracks or chips missing.
