








Nuutajarvi Snow Bunting Glass Bird. Designed by Oiva Toikka. Produced between 1988 and 1992. Also known as “Pulmu” in Finnish. Not hollow inside, heavy and dense form. Compact round shape in transparent amber yellow. Decorative and functional as a paperweight. Clustered bubbles rise from the base, offering visual depth. The bird’s appearance changes beautifully depending on light source. Signed on the bottom: “O Toikka Nuutajarvi”. Width: approximately 3.1 inches (8 cm). Height: approximately 2.4 inches (6 cm). Depth: approximately 2.4 inches (6 cm). Small chip (1 mm) and minor surface scratches on one side. Slight wobble due to uneven base. Handcrafted item with internal bubbles and slight irregularities.
