This is in Excellent Condition with No Chips No Cracks No Fleabites. Very Nice Signed Iittala Glass Sculpture by Oiva Toikka. In production since 1992, Blue Bird by Finnish artist Oiva Toikka is a favorite of many collectors. The stunning cobalt blue grabs your attention as does the intricate web style pattern throughout the body. A clear head and beak rest atop this baby bluebird. The base has the original “Iittala Finland” sticker and the “Toikka, Nuutajarvi” mark. All of the Toikka birds are highly collected, individually made, mouth-blown pieces of art. Each bird is handmade at Iittala’s famous glassworks in Nuutajarvi, Finland and carries a mark authenticity. This measures 3 5/8. ” High x 5 1/4″ Wide at the widest point.
