This delightful small bird has a. Clear body, with white spots slightly darker under the tail and a clear glass head. There is a very small blue mark on the back and also on the base: these appear to be within the glass design blowing (see photos). I think this bird is from those commissioned in 1987. S/he comes in very good condition with a clear engraved signature as detailed below. Toikka (1931 April 2019). Around 1987 I believe. Approx 12cm long & 8cm high. Very good, no chips, nibbles or age scuff marks. I think that this delightful bird may be that described in the last paragraph on Page 128 of the Birds by Toikka book.
